With 220 sets of high-tech automated looms, including Rapier loom, Air Jet loom, and so on, we produce 20million meters of denim fabric and 2million pieces of jeans per year. 3 sets of MORRISON rope dyeing machines and 1 set of MASTER slash dyeing machine make sure fabric color consistent. 4 sets of after treatment and finish machines ensure fabric performance in great condition.
In addition, each process has strict in-process quality monitoring system; Fabric process card goes throughout all processes so that the fabric can be traceable. 100% finished goods is inspected as buyer′s inspection guideline.
Our internal lab has equipments to test tearing&tensile strength, seam slippage and color fastness and so on, as well as basic chemical items, which guarrantee our products has good phycial performance and no restricted substance as AZO involved before shipment. Meanwhile, our operators have good experience and abtain well-trained from 3rd party institution.
Our R&D team has not only experienced veterans, but also young and vibrant fellows. Actively using new technologies and integrating other textile technologies, over 2, 000 items are tailored for boutique collections requirement. Dozens of buyers or designers from different brands adopt our qualities into their bulk and make new developments for coming season along with us, such as Ralph Lauren, Frame, Carter′s, Kancan, True Religion, American Tall, Boot Barn, Good American, Hudson Jeans, The Children′s Place, and so on.
