In addition, each process has strict in-process quality monitoring system; Fabric process card goes throughout all processes so that the fabric can be traceable. 100% finished goods is inspected as buyer′s inspection guideline.
Our internal lab has equipments to test tearing&tensile strength, seam slippage and color fastness and so on, as well as basic chemical items, which guarrantee our products has good phycial performance and no restricted substance as AZO involved before shipment. Meanwhile, our operators have good experience and abtain well-trained from 3rd party institution.
Our R&D team has not only experienced veterans, but also young and vibrant fellows. Actively using new technologies and integrating other textile technologies, over 2, 000 items are tailored for boutique collections requirement.
